At New Hampshire Winds Gallery, we showcase a stunning collection of artwork from around New England. Our gallery aims to provide a platform for talented artists to reach a wider audience.
New Hampshire Winds Gallery was founded with a vision to bring contemporary & traditional art to a wider audience, and to create a space where people can come together to engage with art and with each other. We believe that art has the power to inspire, to challenge, and to transform, and we are committed to bringing the best and most innovative contemporary & traditional art to our community.
Our gallery represents a diverse group of emerging and established artists from around New England. We are passionate about discovering new talent and supporting the careers of our artists, and we work closely with them to develop their work and create opportunities for them to showcase their art.
We host a variety of exhibitions throughout the year, featuring works by our artists as well as curated shows exploring different themes and ideas. Our exhibitions are designed to challenge and inspire, and we encourage visitors to engage with the art and with each other.
I walked into a friend's flat which was really an art studio with a bed and found hundreds of her work just sitting there. FABULOUS PIECES OF ART! I asked why she wasn't showcasing or selling anything??!! She said that she doesn't need the money and doesn't want to work, just create. I was floored. I proclaimed, " People need to see this.... you are great!!" She said she wanted people to enjoy her art, and I said, "Great! but no one is seeing it"
I have been a financial controller for years and I dabble in my own art creations which includes photography. I minored in art at Franklin Pierce University. I enjoy looking at an artist creation. I can get lost in a good painting, photo, etc. I have an eye for composition and creating is fun and relaxing to me.
So, I started this gallery to help all those who, "just want to create and not work." and for all to enjoy art.
